COACHING NOTES
*Ernest White served as head coach during the entire 1899 season. Official records, however, have incorrectly given credit for the season to David Fultz, who also coached the team 1898.

**David Fultz was hired to coach the Tigers in 1900, but headed back to New York after only one game. The head coaching duties were transferred to his assistant, John McLean. Official records give McLean credit for the entire season.

***Tom Kelley resigned as head coach with two games remaining in the 1922 season. Chuck Lewis served as an interim head coach for the remainder of the season. Official records, however, give Kelley credit for all games during the season.

**** Gwinn Henry was hospitalized for sciatica and missed the final four games of the 1931 season. Assistant coaches Jack Crangle and Harry Lansing guided the team for the final four games. Official records still list these games under Henry's  career record.
